GETTING YOUR FIRST INK
Preparing and planning your first tattoo could be a daunting process. There are many things to do and remember in order to ensure the whole experience goes as smoothly as it possible can.
At The Tattoo Parlor Malaysia we offer free consultations with our resident artists and our consultants. Here they will educate you with everything you need to know about getting your first tattoo.
CONSULTATION
A consultation usually is the first step of getting a tattoo. The process would generally takes 10 - 15 minutes where the artist and client exchange important information to prepare you both for the actual tattoo appointment.
We want you to feel as comfortable as you can about getting inked so come meet with us and share your ideas. We will help you brainstorm about your design, placement, sizing, details and most importantly how you would like to feel when you finally see the piece on your skin.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT DESIGNS
Picking the right design is a tough choice that requires a good deal of thought and effort. You have to remember that whatever you choose is going to be a permanent marking on your body. When you're deciding on a design, the best solution is to do a whole load of research online.
Keep researching until you see a pattern in what you do and don't like. We'll work with you to figure out the best tattoo design for you after that. We also offer custom sketching services to put your ideas on paper and help you visualise your tattoo designs.
CUSTOMised tattoo designs
We pride ourselves for all our custom works. Most of the time we will put out a drawn from scratch sketch for our clients so they can see first hand what their piece will end up looking like.
The most important factor in choosing your design is being able to see versions of it before you get the tattoo done.
GETTING TATTOOED
Now you know what needs to be done, how do you prepare yourself for the actual tattoo process? We have a number of experienced tattoo artist so you can have the best experience possible when getting your tattoo.
Just remember to stay hydrated, have plenty of rest and eat a good meal prior to your appointment. Also try not to party too hard the night before. Getting tattooed hung over is not fun for you and for your artist.
TATTOO AFTER CARE
At The Tattoo Parlor Malaysia, we guarantee our tattoos which means that we will touch up our work for free of charge within the first 6 months to ensure nothing is lost during the healing process.
Speaking of the healing process, the aftercare of your tattoo is just as important as getting the tattoo inked in the first place. We'll let you know about all of the steps you'll have to take to protect your tattoo so your tattoo will always look the way it's supposed to.
